Gee Bee Securities Pvt Ltd, a group company, is a self-clearing member of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd (BSE). The company is also a Depository Participant of the National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL), and is engaged in proprietary trading in the equity and derivative markets, including equity derivatives and currency derivatives.

VA Power and Steels Pvt Ltd, another group company, is a producer of ferro alloys with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Our plant, located near Raigarh, Chattisgarh, has two smelters with a combined capacity of over 16.5 MVA, and is capable of producing approximately 25,000 tonnes of manganese alloys per year. Over 50% of our output is exported through merchant exporters.

Our group company's non-banking financial company (NBFC) has over 20 years of experience in resolving the financing needs of medium to large businesses at times of need. In addition to our NBFC activities, we have also made investments in land and real estate, identifying opportunities to generate value and returns.
